A return to form.
A quick note on the club and where it's going.
Like many great things that rise and fall, The Moorings has resurfaced once again. We’re still getting the kinks out and reworking the structure (who’s responsible for what and where we’re based out of), but we have a series of upcoming day trips planned for members. So far here’s the plan:
We have a semi-public Discord server for planning events and exchanging photos from our trips.
We have an Instagram for sharing the best of these photos.
And this Substack serves as a way of archiving the best memories of these so that we can learn and build a fuller experience.
Our hope is that in time our little community can grow from small group outings to larger events and maybe even international travel. We’re looking to make a group of great friends that can rely on each other — our own little decentralized village.
